FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Question:  How long does it take to ship my order?
Answer: Although we get many orders out on the same day, we generally ship within 1 working day. Assuming we have all of your pertinent information and your billing terms have been set up, shipping is fairly automatic. We ship FOB from Milwaukee, WI by UPS, FedEX or by common carrier.



Question:  What is the minimum order?
Answer: There are no minimum orders for our in-stock jackets. Orders under $100.00 are subject to a $10 fee however. For custom US made varsity jackets there is a 6 piece minimum. other custom orders will have different minimums based on style, country of origin and any other special features you may wish to add. Please ask your NZL jacket specialist for details.



Question:  Can I get custom changes?
Answer: Yes, you can. Depending on how many pieces you need and the type of changes you want we can do just about anything. Keep in mind that some changes may require significant minimums, price increases and/or time delays, so please call us before making any promises.



Question:  Do you do embroidery? How much is it?
Answer: We use outside resources for our decoration. Prices will vary based on the style of jacket, number of pieces, stitch counts, etc Please let us know what decoration needs you have and we will give you a quote or we can refer you to qualified people in your area.
